Whether you prefer that your workouts take place in a gym, outdoors, or at home, Coach Val will craft your fitness program to personalized perfection, maximizing the use of your time and relying on your feedback to make changes weekly as you progress.
Each day, you’ll go to his app and see your workout for the day, which can be completed anytime you’re ready, with no appointment time to worry about. Just provide your feedback in the app, and Coach Val will use that information with each weekly review, determining where to change exercises, intensities, or durations.
In the app, you’ll see your calendar containing up to four progressive workouts each week, and up to two assigned habits that will bring you closer to your fitness goals (ie, “drink 75 ounces of water” or “replace dessert with a short walk”). Complete your workouts when you’re ready, with no appointment time to worry about, and provide feedback in the app so Coach Val can use that information for next time.


How Does It Work?
Schedule your Fitness Assessment & Strategy Session (in the calendar below!)
Talk with Val about your goals, preferences & history. He’ll also assess your current fitness through movement screenings.
Submit your payment info to get started ($0 down & just $100 after your free two weeks). Val plans your personalized workouts into the app!
See your calendar full of workouts & lifestyle habits needed to reach your goals. You can move workouts to different days if you need to.
Provide your feedback inside the app. Coach Val uses it to modify your program. You can also send video of yourself so Val can see your form.
What Are The Workouts Like?
The videos demonstrate and explain the exercises, and Val programs the duration (ie, 12 repetitions) into the app to guide your workout. In some cases, he’ll provide notes such as “until you feel significant muscle burn” or “Stop if you have any pain” as opposed to an amount of time or repetitions.
